Miami Caviar Hot Dogs Return for F1 Grand Prix 2026

Miami caviar hot dogs are back for the 2026 F1 Miami Grand Prix weekend, and this time no race ticket is required to try them. Chèvre Miami has partnered with Golden Goat Caviar and social media personality FoodGod to offer a lineup of luxury hot dogs and sandwiches available at multiple locations across the city. The FoodGod Glizzy and Grand Prix Lineup

The new headline item is the “FoodGod Glizzy,” a Wagyu beef hot dog on a croissant bun, topped with mascarpone and albino caviar. It costs $150, and only ten are available per day.

The $100 “Golden Glizzy” is an Australian Wagyu hot dog on Ficelle Bakery croissant dough, topped with crème fraîche, mascarpone, 30 grams of Golden Goat Classic Ossetra, chives, and 24-karat edible gold flakes.

The $125 “Gold-Digger” is a mezzo doppio bread sandwich made with Wagyu Bresaola and Périgord black truffle mayo. It is topped with caviar, onion confit, crispy onion, and edible gold. A “Caviar Basque Cheesecake Bite” rounds out the menu — a burnt Basque-style cheesecake finished with a crown of Golden Goat Caviar.

Chèvre’s Ventanita-Style Concept at the Autodrome

The setup at the Miami International Autodrome operates out of the “Caviarnita,” a new F1 Miami GP concept modeled after Miami’s ventanita windows — the walk-up counters that line Calle Ocho.

The full menu is also available at Chèvre’s Coral Way, Coconut Grove, and Design District locations throughout the week. This is the second collaboration between Golden Goat and Chèvre. Managing partner Keith Glickman and Chèvre signed on for the Grand Prix after the Miami Open run sold well.

Race Week Menu at Loews Miami Beach

Bistro Collins at Loews Miami Beach is serving a separate Race Week menu through May 3, also built around Golden Goat Caviar. No F1 ticket is needed there either.

Executive chef Christopher Aguirre’s menu features the “Fast Lane Caviar Sliders” — two Black Opal Wagyu sliders made with caviar, quail egg, house-made aioli, and micro lettuces. The menu also includes a “Florida Pink Shrimp Roll” with milk bread and truffle, plus a tuna crudo with black truffle and caviar.

Bistro Collins is located at 1601 Collins Ave., Miami Beach.
