North Miami Beach Mother Faces Four Child-Neglect Counts After Cruise

By Miami Talks

North Miami Beach police found four children, ages 2 months, 2, 7 and 9, alone in an apartment on Saturday. Their mother, 29-year-old Nathalie Belizaire, returned to PortMiami on Monday and was arrested as she disembarked from a cruise.

Prosecutors filed a felony case against Belizaire on Tuesday, alleging four counts of child neglect without great bodily harm. A judge set her bond at $10,000 and issued four stay-away orders.
