Landmark QOZB Construction filed a pre-application with the county for a large-scale mixed-use redevelopment near Miami Gardens, as reported by Florida YIMBY. The developer is requesting the county rezone portions of the site from “Agricultural” to a “Mixed-use Corridor District” and an “Industrial, Light Manufacturing District.”

The submitted plans include 190 affordable rental units at 120% Area Median Income, along with approximately 24,000 square feet of restaurants, shops, and other retail space.

Edgewater Condominium Tower Accepting EB-5 Investments

The Cove Residences, A Waterfront Collection, is a 40-story, 134-unit condominium tower in Edgewater that broke ground in late March. The project began accepting EB-5 investments, per a news release.

The tower features a mix of one- to four-bedroom units with floor-to-ceiling glass and wraparound terraces.
