A Pembroke Pines man faces multiple felony charges after allegedly stealing a BMW from a South Florida car dealership and firing several shots into his mother’s home while she was inside, according to Pembroke Pines police.

Khalil Smith, 29, is charged with strong-arm robbery, occupied burglary, and attempted premeditated murder. A Broward County judge ordered Smith held without bond and prohibited him from contacting any victims involved in the case.
